In celebrating the forthcoming 50th anniversary of its headquarters' establishment in Japan, Audio-Technica (Greater China) Limited hosted a Product Launch Event on December 8, 2011 in the Grand Ballroom of The Westin Guangzhou. A series of both the 50th anniversary commemorative products and new products were launched.

Close to 50 new products were introduced and majority of them were properly setup with audio source for listening and evaluation by invited guests from distributors and media representatives.

Mr. Kazuo Matsushita, the President of Audio-Technica Corporation, kicked off the event by briefly reviewing some of the 50-year history of the company at 2:30pm. Managing Director of Audio-Technica (Greater China) Limited, interpreted his speech in Putonghua.

Following this was the welcoming speech by Mr. Freddie Wong, Director of Sales & Marketing, Audio-Technica (Greater China) Limited, catwalk session by male and female models introducing the new products and 50th anniversary products, then followed with another speech given by Mr. Zhengjun Mo, General Manager of Consumer Product Department in China.

In between the above programs, some live performance by singers and Cosplay show were arranged to ensure that the atmosphere of the event was lively and relaxing. Abundant time was arranged for guests to listen and evaluate the new products. The New Product Launched Event finished at 5:00pm.

 A very special "fusion" dinner was created by the hotel's executive chef and organized for guests at 6:00pm. Last but not the least, a karaoke session towards the end of the dinner was implemented to ensure that our guests fully enjoyed that very special evening with us!
