Audio-Technica today announced the opening of its third authorized service center in Shanghai China, that supports carry-in or postal delivery Headphone products, provides direct and prompt service to customers in East-China. The new Headphone Service Center builds upon Audio-Technica's commitment to provide quality customer care services in community.

The new authorized service center has started operation on Aug 1, 2012. It is staffed with a dedicated customer service support team serving the East-China market. By simply bringing their Headphone products to the Service Center for repair and maintenance, customers can now enjoy direct access to the service team, for faster turn around and response time. With the proximity to customers, the authorized service team will better understand customers' needs to ensure better optimizations and solutions for their products.
