Recall of Certain ATH-SQ1TW2 Wireless Earbud Charging Cases
Audio-Technica is proactively recalling charging cases for the ATH-SQ1TW2 wireless earbuds produced between April 2023 and June 2024. These cases may have an internal issue that can cause them to smoke or catch fire. While no injuries or fires have occurred, we are replacing the affected charging cases free of charge for safety reasons.

Open the lid, and you will find a 4-digit manufacturing batch label inside the charging case.

Products not within the applicable batch or those marked with a “B” can continue to be used safely.

Replacement Process
If you have confirmed that your ATH-SQ1TW2 earbuds are included in the recall, please stop using the device immediately. We will arrange for your free replacement charging case.
